Beach Front Guest House - Eastbourne

Location so close to beach, the sea front and shops.

A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

Simply no complains at all, fabulous stay. Beautiful and homey venue, marvellous location just off restaurants and the town centre, the pebble beach, and theaters. Modern facilities and the best and good breakfast with delicious coffee and fresh ' real' coffee, for instance, well priced. Exceptional service, amazing stuff during stay.

The room was cozy, though the shower was quite noisy at night.

The room was super comfy and clean, with a fridge and tea/coffee maker. The views of the sea were amazing right from the window. Breakfast consisted of freshly cooked breakfast with high-quality ingredients like crispy bacon and perfectly cooked eggs, all served in a great space with cozy ambiance. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

Just back from a fab stay! The staff treated us like family, always smiling and super helpful. Our room was super clean and cozy. Totally loved the breakfast cooked to order, delish! Only thing, the parking was a bit tight, but we managed. Can't wait for our next visit!

The King Room with Sea View was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast served was delicious. Especially Selina.

My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site.

We loved our recent stay! The breakfast was simply outstanding with local produce, and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Plus, the lovely sea view from our room made our mornings magical.

Every room has charming views and tons of natural light. I particularly loved the lovely shower and cozy furnishings!

Got a fab room with a sea view on the top floor, and it was totally worth the climb up those stairs! We had breakfast outside in the sun and the food was super tasty, fresh, and hot! The staff were really friendly. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the vibe was so chill.

Only thing was that it was too short, we def wanted to stay longer! Those stairs were a bit of a workout haha.

Imagine waking up to such warmth.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends! We enjoyed the sea views and explored the historic Royal Hippodrome theatre just a 5-minute stroll away. The beds were super comfy, and I can't recommend the breakfast enough, it's freshly prepared and delicious! And the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside was wishing we could stay longer. Two nights just flew by, and I'd definitely book more next time.

We enjoyed the amazing seaside views and loved taking a stroll to the historic Royal Hippodrome theatre, just a 5-minute walk away. The Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club was another highlight! The staff were super cute, and the place was kept tidy. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of choices!

The only downside was that the twin bed mattress wasn't very supportive and could have been better quality. A grab rail in the shower would have also been handy.
